London’s 21st-century waterside business district, Canary Wharf is best known for its cutting-edge architecture, including the 50-storey obelisk-shaped skyscraper, One Canada Square. Get there by the Docklands Light Railway, with elevated tracks giving wonderful views into a world of glass and steel. By contrast, historic Greenwich, home to the National Maritime Museum, is just across the Thames. A foot tunnel links the two.

The hotel was great, very neat and clean. Staff were very obliging and always willing to help. The Duty Manager went out of his way to make sure all our requests were accounted for. The food at hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious although not the cheapest option. Although this is great hotel it is very far to travel to central london (DLR and tube). Walk to DLR station not very safe. But overall it was great hotel.

Located about 10 minute walk to Prince Regent DLR Station. Overpriced, small rooms with breakfast not included - additional £14.00. Even with a Hotels.com discount I found this hotel to be very basic for the price. Outside the hotel are just roads - if you want to do anything you need to get on the DLR. You will love this hotel for its location if you are a plane spotter as it is at the end of the London City Airport runway.

A nice hotel with a nice views over the dock. Rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size. Overall our stay was lovely with breakfast on the sun terrace being almost mediterian in feel (it was a lovely sunny day). Travel into the centre of Londonis easy with the DLR station about 2 minutes walk. However a few minor points. There is no mini bar in the rooms, the breakfast area was very busy and the staff seems to have difficulty clearing up quickly enough.

Stayed for just one night for the London Marathon weekend. It's very plush generally but the throw over the bedding was a bit grubby and the room still smelt of smoke so it lost its edge on that score. This however was outweighed by the views of London City Airport, the docks and the Thames Barrier (and the O2 arena at a push), and the excellent access into the heart of London via the Docklands Light Railway which was fantastic. Overall, a touch expensive, but great hotel in excellent location.

We stayed at The Ramada Hotel and Suites whilst visiting London to see Barry Manilow at the O2 Arena. This hotel is idea for the venue. It's a 15 minute taxi ride away (which the hotel will arrange for you). The rooms are nice and very clean and the beds are AMAZING! So comfortable, my boyfriend and I just didn't want to get up. The food was good and the bar had a good selection of drinks available. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk from the DLR line to get you into Central London with is approximately 20/25 minutes away! Also a short distance to City Airport and the glazing is so thick in the rooms that you do not hear the aeroplanes. Overall very impressed and we would definitely return here!

We booked a twin room plus a sofa bed for three adults and, as a bonus, we were upgraded to a suite free of charge upon arrival. The bedroom and lounge were clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel is only a short walk from Prince Regent DLR station, which links to the Jubilee Line and the centre of London. There are plenty of bars in the Canary Wharf area for food and drink, without having to pay hotel prices. This hotel is good for events and business travellers, but may be a little remote for families planning a few days in London - and boy is the area bleak in winter!

Stayed for one night in the double suite, it slept 4 of us very comfortably. 2 rooms and very spacious. The only down point of our stay was the service. the hotel is great if your reason for being in london is in the docklands area or if you are flying in or out of london city airport. if it is not then the hotel is somewhat out of the way although it is easily accessible through the docklands light rail which connects to the tube. nevertheless, we were surprised by the hotel's isolation and somewhat desolate setting. its bar and restaurant are nice, which is a good thing because there is virtually no place else to go around there, except a great chinese restaurant on the water nearby.

Ondanks dat het hotel dichtbij het vliegveld ligt, is het zo goed als sound proof. Dat viel me erg mee.
