Spa information
The Taj Spa at the Taj Holiday Village is a heritage, Goan-Portuguese themed spa overlooking the beaches of North Goa. It offers treatment suites in rustic, tropical-inspired décor, featuring Yoga and Meditation rooms, and an Ayurveda room. There are separate wet areas for men and women featuring steam rooms and spa tubs. Indian therapies, beauty treatments, scrubs and wraps are also available. The Taj Spa also features a beauty salon, fully-equipped gym, fitness centre, and Juice Bar serving juices and herbal tea.
The Taj Spa at the Taj Holiday Village is based on the philosophy that Taj or the life force is the bedrock of wellness. Inspired by ancient Indian healing wisdom, the Taj Spa unfolds a holistic way of life to nurture physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Jivaniya - Invigorate (Two hours):
A treatment that relieves muscular tension and improves blood circulation. This treatment includes an exfoliating herbal scrub, a heat-stimulating wrap of spices and herbs, followed by a massage.
Pehlwan Malish - Warrior Massage (1 hour, 30 minutes):
A powerful massage using mustard oil, which provides relief to aching, sore, and tense muscles. Aromatherapy oil may be used as an alternative to mustard oil.
Anana Lepa - Facial (1 hour):
Facial using fresh, natural ingredients and includes a face massage that tones and nourishes the skin.
Sammardana - Indian Deep Tissue Massage (1 hour):
Muscle massage to enhance the mobility of joints.
Vishram (1 hour):
Massage with a preparation made of oils infused in sandalwood, sesame, kewda, frankincense, palma rosa, brahmi, and amla. Releases tension.
Dining
Banyan Tree - Semi-formal dining. Serves authentic Thai cuisine featuring Thai Master Chef Danny’s green curry and crispy fried fish. Open for dinner.
Beach House - Smart casual dining. Multi-cuisine buffet or à la carte featuring authentic Goan dishes. Open for lunch and dinner. Café Caravela - Casual, outdoor dining. Serves seafood, modern Mediterranean, Sushi, and Tapas dishes. Wide range of spirits. Open all day.
Jungle Jam - Casual, children’s restaurant. Adjacent to activity centre and children’s pool. Serves burgers, pizzas, and pasta. Open mid-morning until early evening.

"Great hotel and outstandings ervice"

We stayed for 3 nights just after the monsoon season. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Would recommend the bach facing cottages as they are far better than the garden facing ones.
