I'm sure this was a fantastic hotel when new, but it is not being maintained. The TV was 20+ yrs old and had 4 local channels plus 5 channels about the hotel restaurants. The bed was harder than camping on the ground. The shower head was built for people less than 5'2". The tub was stained green from minerals. The A/C was either off or hurricane speed (and yes it was noisy!). The carpet was disgusting. Internet access is expensive and not wireless. The cable is very short which forces you to sit at the desk. If I hadn't pre-paid via Hotels.om I would have moved out the first night. Complaining at the fron desk was pointless since they told me all of the rooms are the same. Hotel is in the heart of Town (that's good) and has an excellent view of the Petronas Towers, but surrounded by huge traffic jams. If you're walking, expect broken sidewalks and open man-holes. In-hotel restaurants served better food and had better service than anything on neighboring streets.

Excellent location for sight seeing and our room had a great view of the Patronas Towers. Hotel was good value for money, but the drinks nad food etc was very expensive... best to go out to eat and drink! Overall the stay was very enjoyable and I would go back to this hotel.

Very nice rooms, good restaurants, big pool, convenient to monorail, rain forest, clubs, food. The tourism board is just across the street, petronas towers just at the other end of the street. No views to speak of from the rooms, depending on which wing and which side. With all the other pluses, this really is a great hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff extremely polite and helpful. There isn't much of a view from many rooms, but everything is right outside the door. KL Tower, Petronis towers, Rain Forest,Tourism Bureau, Clubs, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The monrail is right across the street. The hotel restaurants had excellent service and good food as well.

We Booked the club floor. It is on the 26th floor and offers outstanding rooms and service. There is a daily Happy hour (2 hours actually) of free drinks and food. They treat you like a king!

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging, dichtbij de Pertonas Towers en Kuala Lumpur Tower! (beide 500 m. lopen) Tevens ligt het bijna naast de monorail, ideaal! Het personeel is vriendelijk en helpt je meteen. Bij binnenkomst wordt je tas gecontroleerd en moet je door een metaaldetector lopen, geeft een veilig gevoel! Er zijn veel ligbedden met kussens bij het zwembad & een gratis zwembadhanddoek. Goed, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, van 6:30 tot 11:00. De kamer is prima en alle electronische apparaten kun je aan/uitschakelen met een paneel naast je bed.

Besonders das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leckeres Buffet! Das Zimmer für den Preis in Ordnung und der Service okay. Die Lage ist auch sehr anständig.
